Rain

I have gotten the worst service from Rain. 1st I started having problems with my connection send nomurous tickets to Rain no response. Then my Sim cards stopped working send nomurous tickets to Rain no response. This was over a period of 3 months. So I then called them to cancel with them. They send me a confirmation email that my subscription is canceled with a reference number. Biggest problem they did not stop the debit order. After 3 months of canceled service they are still taking money !!! I then reported them with there head office they phoned me and said they will give it to the relevant department to assist me. Guess what ??? Now they are sending me messages that I must pay to avoid internet problems. Holy **** man it's been off for 3months !!! And still they want my money !!! Rain is *****sters!!! Or someone can't do there job. And I have seen on FB that alot of people are experiencing the same problem. Rain is no good !!!!
