Rain Faulty 5G Home Router

I was referred to Rain services by a colleague, worst decision I have made choosing them as a service provider. They were very quick and responsive to sell their services, it took less than two days for me to receive their 5g home router and for that I applaud them. However once the router started being faulty within just 3 weeks of using it they were extremely slow to respond, turnaround time went from excellent to worst. Not being able to use the router in times like these were one has to work from home has been extremely disappointing. After reporting the issue countless times with the promise that will attend to it, they still then continue to debit my account. Paying for services that I am not using. What a disappointment!!
