Rain-False Service Delivery

The service recieved from Rain is pathetic once again and as always less than 1 mb/s download and they say up to 10mb/s.....i get 0.4mb/s always and it dont get better....why make statements to us that are not true.....false advertising....i was told that so.eone would contact me and 1 weeks later still waiting.Be careful people
