Rain- False Advertising of the rain one package 🚮

I received an email advertising that I qualify for 2 SIM cards as an addition to my 5G router package (R529) and that my monthly fee would not be affected.

I requested the SIM cards and they were delivered… on my debit order date, I woke up to a R722 debit order and the call centre agent tells me that it was a pro rata fee. What pro rata fee when I was informed that the SIM cards were already a part of my existing package and that it would not be affected at all?

I have never had issues with rain but false advertising is the biggest lie you can give to a loyal customer… your emails and adverti*****ts are totally misleading and have broken my trust.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!😡😤😡😤
