Rain: False advertising and false promises

When I initially signed up with Rain I gave 5 stars for service. This seems to be Rain's MO, great customer service and then after that nothing. Their advertising is false, for over a week now have had little to no service, Their own speed test of which I have snapshots Download 2.1mpbs Upload 0.3mbps. Have called them got an answer once, thereafter listened to music for 6 minutes without the call being answered. Today got an SMS notifying me that they had upgraded my line speed and it will be an additional R40.00 now. If they would answer their phone would cancel the service as there is no other way of communicating with them. Their My Rain does not work, having tried to reset the password as well as them claiming that they sent me a link have still not received either of the so called mails, which leaves me at the mercy of hanging on for heaven knows how long before they answer their phones.
