Rain fals information
They give you wrong information. They have a promo and I called them regarding the promo and they said I can have it even that I am a rain costumer. Now I canceled my internet so I can have the promo and one lady assisted me thus morning canceling my internet and asked why I want to do it and told her that I want the promo and she said sure take advantage of the promo and then when I tried to order the promo no luck and called again just to hear no it only for new costumers then why didn't the lady td me that in the first place? Isn't it then fals information that 2 people told me I can take the promo?
