Rain fails to honour refund and ghosts customer

On 6 October 2023, I complained that Rain kept taking money from my account. I immediately received a call from their call centre and they promised to refund 2 months' worth of subscription after I returned their device. I returned the device on 11 October 2023, and I am still waiting for my refund.

The person who dealt with me, Tawanda Matiya, does not respond to my emails anymore and the call centre is clueless and ineffective as they will get you to hold until you drop the call out of frustration.

I just want to have my money back Rain.
