RAIN failing to deliver

I am horrified. I ordered the R999.00 package from Rain. On the website it claims 1-3 days. I ordered on February 24th, was promised a SMS with tracking details. I am still waiting. I have phoned Rain, they told me to phone the courier RAM. RAM says they have no parcel - RAIN hasn't consigned. So now I have RAIN blaming courier and courier blaming RAIN.I have sent numerous emails to RAIN with promises that someone will react within 24 hours. I now have exactly 6 query tickets . I got one reply - that the issue was resolved! I regret ever deciding to switch to RAIN. If this is how they treat new customers, what will happen if I have an issue as an existing customer. I am on the verge of cancelling the order for something I paid for but don't have.
