Rain Failing to Activate SIM card

I’ve ordered rain 5G online 3rd July 2021 and on the 8th I received a call from CCD Couriers that they will deliver the router on the 12th July 2021 and the on the 12th morning I received SMS that they will deliver between 09:00 and 12:00 and I must have copy of ID book and proof residence then around 08:30 I received a call from CCD that they will no longer deliver and they asked if they can reschedule for the 14th, I then asked them if I can come and collect and they agreed , I then went to their offices in Fourways and collected the router at about 11:11 2021/07/12 and handed the copy of my ID and proof of residence for RICA purposes, and they informed me that the SIM card will be activated within 2 hours after collecting. When I arrived home after an hour I opened the package, inserted the SIM card in the router and waited for an hour then switched on the router but unfortunately I couldn’t get connection to the internet, I contacted rain support and I was told to wait between 2 and 24 hour for the sim to be activated, Then on the 13th the following day I checked the router and still no internet connection, I contacted rain support with ref: #*** to check why the sim is not activated and I was told that my issues has been escalated to rica department and I must wait until 13:30 and I’m still waiting even now is 18:10 and no connection, I don’t know what to do now to get help
