Rain failing the last 4 weeks

I was happy with rain till about 4 weeks back now I'm have problems for the last 4 weeks and it range from very little to no internet. Everytime I'm told they working on my tower I'm sorry but how many times a week do one fix a tower? For more then a year I had no problems now it's a constant struggle. Plus every time they will call back but never do. I don't think our complaints ever go past the call centre department hope some one does something about this
