Rain failed me

Since I've upgraded my 5G internet line to 60mbps I've been getting the same speeds as I was on when I was on 30mbps. Within the month of upgrading and paid for the upgrade I reverted back to the 30mbps line. Since the downgrade I've had unstable internet for weeks on end. Requested call back not a single person called just emails to say I should move the router around. I would not recommend this service to anyone as I have great influence in today's market.

Good evening,

I have now plugged my router into an extension lead and walked throughout my house and still getting the RSRP -100 and above. SINR is between 15-18
