I upgraded to new router its being 2weeks waiting for delivery..yes they are good in making sales but in terms of delivery useless. I use my airtime calling them same answer relevant department will call you..I will never recommend anyone to take RAIN..I want them to cancell my subscription refund my money and come collect their old router.
