Rain

Hi Last month I couldn't pay my monthly payment due to work issues my data was cut off which is understandable now yesterday they deducted money for this month however there are two transactions also that is way more than the normal payment that was done by rain this morning. I tried calling the help desk and no answer.

May you kindly attend to this matter urgently, I've been a loyal customer for years and deserve an explanation
