If I can give this comply Zero I would. My router has not been working for 5 days and the CHAT BOT keeps saying I have internet and I don’t…. I have loaded over 10 support tickets and requested to be called back… no help no call and chat bot keeps telling me to reboot the router, this company doesn’t care about their customers bcz I just requested a new device and guess what I received a call with 10minutes
