Called them this morning with regards to debit order date. I waited 8 minutes before someone answered and when he did answer the line was so bad he could not hear my query. I just wanted to change my date to 31st for my debit order But problem I have is that when you say I will call you back .....simply call back or send sms or some sort of communication. My query still not resolved since this morning and no follow up call done.

Rain please change my debit order to the last day of the month please.
