Rain extremely horrible expereince

We subscribed for Rain LTE service and things just went downstream from the word go. Delivery of the router was elusive and we ended up collecting ourselves near Fourways mall. We were served after 1 hour and shouting. Needless to say on getting home the signal was zero in spite of being told our area is covered. Beside the initial purchase of airtime, we have never used the service due to coverage. I called and cancelled the service. I am now harrassed by debt collectors who never respond to our emails. At first they used to call and we requested explanation of they want the router back. Calls stopped and weekly letters of demand keep coming.
