Rain extra charge for one I never used

I need to pay R300 for myy subscription for R250 unlimited and R50 1q gig, now invoice is extra with R49 for which I don't know, I never used Rain on the 1 and I don't have extra money. I only hVd R300 to pay and I need to work using data as of yesterday, kindly help me...

hi, aowa, i disagree on the R49 that your agent says i used on the 1st of October i did not connect to my sim since i know that is off, cause of my subscription . i pay R250 and R50, i dont have R350 and i need to connect i have R300, Can someone assist me besides Thembeka because i never used rain for October month. i thought you pay what you used because iam on unlimited of R250 and additional R50. of 1 gig.
