I've had THE WORST THE WORST customer service 4 months of fighting to change my payment date for debit order after the 1st month I had mentioned what date and every month I get debited on the wrong date and end up paying R150 for a failed debit order and all rain has to say I am sorry absolutely pathetic. Definitely canceling rain
