Rain empty promises

Rain 5G service is ridiculous over the last few weeks as I can't even access simple internet functions and websites and internet has been below average. I tried resetting them, but it was useless and did nothing to improve network speeds( Should be up to 60mbps but instead sitting at between 2mbp-3mbps), but after testing them on other networks, they're perfectly fine.

It's been more 3 years as a loyal Rain customer and even have 2x 5G packages, and instead of sending out a technician as I have been promised numerous times, I get an email saying I am uncooperative!!! Instead of sending me messages about the service's price increase "due to inflation", fix this issue because I will be contacting ICASA and also finally considering to cancel my contract before I pay another cent for another month.
