Rain employees refuse to cancel my WiFi simcard subscription

Rain refuses to cancel our simcard wifi subscription but keeps charging me for it despite requesting cancelation. We are struggling to get them to cancel the simcard for 2 weeks now and they will not collect their wifi device. All the consultants keep saying they'll escalate the cancelation yet nothing has been done to cancel our monthly subscription and yet payment is due for a simcard we no longer want nor use. First request to cancel immediately was made by me on the 17th November and still no response on the 2nd December. Consultants Millicent Maditi and Noluthando Ndlovu said they would assist but yet nothing. Their manager also didn't assist.
