Rain

Hi I had a bad experience with rain I cancel my rain sim but they still take my money from January till now and no usage they stop sim and see not in use although I try to use it again cause I pay and try to delete my card details from their app but there no option to do that went to my bank they try to reverse my money but they can't even help me every month I must just see how my money disappeared for a service I don't benefit from in one 2 payments r500 then in seconds another 250 and I call them and the guy just said he cancel the sim but they will take another 250 again .it supposed to be a month to month deal as you use it but it seems like a contract I need help please to get my money back and people don't trust rain you will be sorry like me
