Rain Easy to Join but Impossible to Cancel , very Poor cancelation Policy

I asked for a SIM cancelation of 15 February 2021, via the Rain application, and it showed this message "This product is scheduled to be cancelled at the end of this month" Now around the 5th March 2021, my sim is still active and I called the support team and logged Request *** and but support team is saying its still active and they are escalating to billing team and there is no request to cancel. tried calling again and the call center person put me on hold saying she is sending mail than never came .

please please beware of joining Rain , its impossible to Cancel , someone help with ICASA details , this is *****
