After I ended the poor service of Rain in 2022, about a month ago I am being harrased from a debt collector claiming that I owe Rain a certain amount & threaten to take legal action against me. I keep on informing them that I do not owe Rain, I have proof of payments. When I requested a statement, they can't provide me with it.
