Rain

I have to get someone to contact me for the last 2 weeks ever since I receive the sim but no one has contacted me. The sim card never worked since day 1 and to think that my first review was positive, clearly I was mistaken about rain. Last week Steven Konyana, tried to contact me and I couldn't answer so he emailed and I rep**** back to him with alternative numbers that he can contact on however, it has been almost 7 days without anyone contacting ever again. I would like to request a refund and my sim to be canceled.
