I logged a query with Rain and they have failed to response. Money has been deducted from my account without authorization after I cancelled my service. The money was not deducted from the account that I was using during my service with them. They took my money from a seperate account that I used as a once off payment. Someone manually went to go change it so they can ***** my money. I want this resolve today. I am not willing to wait another day - ***
