Rain is the most unprofessional business ever all there stuff members give you fauls identity and when you call in they let the call ring for like a hall 10 min

Anyways i problem is this i am a rain client for the longest if times i had to devises i was informed when i cancel the one i was not gonna be billed nor pay a cancelation fee to my surprise i was billed for it she i asked for the recording they said they do not record they calls so rain can for get about it they lost a client and i will be selling both routers just for **** service
