Rain - Drought with service delivery!!!

NEver Ever go through Rain for internet. Absolutely useless after sales service. When you apply service is great but as soon as you need assistance you get pushed around in circles with no end in site. Every time you call the story changes, the problem is always being escalated yet it never gets solved. Day 12 no internet. My Router stopped working on 26 April, power cable works route does not, no lights come on, we have had no loadshedding for a month so not due to that either. . I've made numerous phone calls been promised a new router which has been on its way for over a week. Promise a refund as well..... have 10 different ref numbers. Today when I called again, was given a different story to yesterdays call, and last weeks call. Evidently now that I've cancelled there will be no refund the story has changed on that too. Rain don't seem to know their a** from their elbow. Which is no wonder as the call centre is not even in South Africa. As of today I have cancelled my contract and debit order and have go back to Telkom which by the way is cheaper and better with service which says alot!!! Not to mention in between a threatening email from them stating they want R4000 as I put my sim into another router.... When their router packed up I did try another router so I had connectivity but it didnt work!!!!!! Also why send emails if I have no wifi.... Every email says someone will contact you shortly - No one has contacted, I have made all the calls.!!!!!!!!!!!!
