Rain dripping away..

Got a sim from Clicks on 09-08-2021. Could not activate the sim. Called numerous times to rectify. Was told to activate on the App. This did not work altough I "ordered" and paid for another two sims on the app on their request. Spent in total 55 minutes on the phone to rectify. Three days later two sims were delivered. I then asked to cancel the original and one other. Ticket #*** confirm this and I will be credited. 1. I have since not been credited despite numerous requests 2. The network is being throttled. I moved the modem to various locations in my house. Altough I get speedtests of up to 8-10Mbps, I cannot even stream Netflix on the lowest streaming setting. Most of the time, especially after 6PM speeds go down to < 1Mbps. Despite all the bad reviews I still decided to give them a change - what a total disappointment. Luckily it is month to month - never again - EVER.
