RAIN Dragging their Feet
I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding cancelation of my subscription. They are quick in taking money yet when you want to cancel they take forever so that they can debit for the following month. The poor ratings (just today alone) speak volumes about the organisation. I want nothing to do with RAIN anymore.
