Rain down the drain internet non service provider

My "Internet connection" has been so poor lately and it seems like there is a huge "bottle nek" problem. I have moved my router up and down to all the best connection spots and still no improvement, the best feedback I receive is to optimize my signal which I have done a million times. Either more and proper towers need to be installed or I'll be canceling my subscription very soon. And no after hour support for a company running a 24/7 service. Pathetic.
