Rain down the drain

Unfortunately I had to give a star, I would have preferred not to. I would like the CEO Willem Roos to contact me personally to explain the utmost horrific service from rain, I got this for the sole purpose of my kids to do school work during lockdown. This is utterly unacceptable!
