Rain Down for 2 days?

This is the most frustrating internet service provider ever. I am so tired of speaking with your support desk and them repeating the same thing and apologizing.

All I need is the internet back. I am literally loadshedded by Rain in my house.

You are scheduled to deduct on the 25th and you did not. Then you just decided to block my internet, my kids are frustrated because they could not watch TV since 12pm on Friday and the whole day today.

I have literally 6 ticket numbers just for one query WOW....

How do run your business though. Does your billing department even care about their customers?

I really don't think I would recommend Rain to anyone. Looks like I'm not the only one here on hello Peter..
