Rain Down Again!!!

After 2 weeks of not having any network, it eventually came back (Tuesday 08 November) the excited quickly went away. When I got home on Friday, the connection was lost for the entire weekend.

What is the point of paying for a service every month but I'm not getting the reward? Will I be refunded for all these days that I have not been able to have connection?
