Hi, please come and collect your router today. I have been saying the same thing for the past three months now. I cannot wait for month end, I need to get another service provider who will give me proper customer service. As I have alluded on all my communications which you were not bothering to respond to that I cannot pay R530 at the end of this month while your network is nagging. Please make sure you come and collect this thing or give me your address to courier it myself.
