Rain double payments every month

Constantly withdrawing money from my account, and from my mother's whereby I have 4G and she has the 5G router option I pay for mine and she has to pay for both every month. Call them and you talk to a robot Paid last year mid December and yesterday 01 Jan 2024 tried to take money again. And now my service is disconnected. Pretty *********** if you ask me and I need it for work so hey I guess I can get fired for a company that seems to be little bit under managed. Wouldn't recommend it... And would leave negative stars if that was an option.
