Rain double deduction is ****!!!!!!!!!!

Rain billing service really ******** me, I have been double debited but only got one Sim card, every time when I call the customer care service they just say, my matter have been escalated to the billing system and no response till this day, they always make excuses that they have been sending emails and trying to call but those numbers are incorrect
