Rain double debited me

As a first time user of rain services I’m disappointed in them. They double debited my account R534,50, when I called their customer service line, I was told that they cannot see the other R535,50 from their side. I sent them my bank statement to show them that they double debited me. I’m still haven’t received my money back.
