Rain double charged immediately and when against our agreement! **********

Good day

*** Hope you are well ! Pls assist on the following matter ,I opened rain an account last month and was told once it's delivered I'll then start paying the following month.Little did I know that was a big lie ,my package was delivered 05/09/2023 and I was charged immediately R405 as I saw on my statement. I thought it was a mistake I'll will be fixed but when I checked again yesterday it was even more because now I was to pay R405 for September and R498 on the 1st of October/2023 .

I am wondering if it will be debited or I'll have to go somewhere to pay for it? However I believe it needs to be fixed as per my agreement with Rain that my first payment is only on the 1st October 2023 and will be charged for one month.As now I'm being charged double and I don't understand why the sudden change or if that we get **********? So as aggreed apon this was just a **** for me to buy in the router instead, Clealy I was ********** as I even tried to call them and they just make you hold for long then hang up .Th support landline is a joke they don't even call back to find out what was the complaint or problem.

I have been waiting for a callback and waiting to get the 5G on my router, 4G's on my 2sims since the first ! Nothing has been loaded even now I've been out on data since the 1st and now ìt the fourth .How long do I have to wait until Rain loads for this month ?I keep on checking my Rain app nothing is changing I don't have data !!!! Why?????

Please do me a favor and talk to my wife to if you willing to fix this matter or call me at 12:00 to fix this matter .My wife told me you'll be calling since the 3rd but Rain never called again .I've paid my first prescription this month of R560 but funny I don't have data at all.Only God what's really happening because I'm not getting any reply from Rain at all.Is this really how you guys treat your customers? When I got this Rain thing I was told I'm only going to start paying from 1st October but noooo when I checked my statement I was already billed the day I received the goods on the 5rth September! Now I was debited R560 or something but funny I still don't have data wow !!!! Rain have really done their worst. When I opened this with Rain I told them they can talk to my wife ,they did and I received everything, but now they making excuses saying they can't to my wife ! This is really a is really patronizing me honestly. NO ONE RESPONDS OR CALLS ME TO EXPLAIN ALL THIS NONSENSE !!!

I was sent this massage and the guy from Rain said if the delivery is in September then my first debit order will be on the 1st October and I won't be double charged but noooo that's not what happened . Now paid R557,97 to be exact on the 3rd October 2023 but NEVER received my 4G data on my Sims & No 5G on my router...at this point no one response to any of my messages so I don't know really what to do ? Or maybe I must just take it further because I'm being played now like a fool ????

Pls don't repl saying...you will respond asap !!!!and start doing as you say!! Because at this point it's just words and no action....

Rain just called me now after my complains since the 3rd October 2023...

Thanks to the sweet loving colore gentleman called Jordan,he was a darling honestly and my router now is working...

I really appreciate the gentleman's help who took his time to clear everything and explain everything to me .Thanks Rain for fixing your problem and crediting me ...
