Rain _ double billing

Hi I paid my account on the 26th Oct and today I received a bill that my account is overdue. Called and waited for 20 + minutes to speak to an agent. He indicated that its a mistake and he will escalate.Still waiting for someone to call me back to advised what happened and for account to be reinstated. Very bad customer experience 😕 😑
