So my calculations might be off, if you billed me 24th of March till the 24th of April, my billing date changed tothe first now on May 1 I'm billed twice? How is that possible I'm not understanding and require explicit reasoning

Was nothing logged? May double billed it should be there March paid April change to may 1st

So I paid late but I've emailed many times 2 payments on the first of May

So about 6 days will cost me a full month

Still no email and they've said many times they've started replying to this matter on July 17 check spam, anyway they've called me wow and hopefully somebody can chime in here in case I've banged my head and don't know how numbers work, so rain says they'll be happy to give me 25% off my next debit order wow so about R150 +- now let's see... If I was double billed 6 days after my previous billing date should I pay more of the month and receive partial back or the opposite rain assures me these are payments I am owing I'm pretty sure the months I didn't have enough in my card by 10 or 11am my internet was paused

And if a month is 30 or 31 doesn't it mean 6 days are about 20% let's say 25% I'm sure that doesn't make sense but OK 25% now if I'm to be refunded would I pay 75%?

I mean the money is already been debited this is a month and a half later I'm still arguing my case for a couple hundred and still this is the case

If the matter is resolved can you explain how did you get 25% reduction on my next billing for 6 days? Date change 24 to the 1st and I was billed 100% now after almost 2 months arguing you guys decide 25% is fair because I have no authority, all your operators are from Philippines not even at your head office probably even out of country and there's basically Nothing I can do

Very well, I should pay my dues, so since I changed my date from the 24th to the 1st, I had to now pay on the 1st so in essence the 24 days that were previously allocated to my previous date now had to be filled in? So march 24th I paid till April 24th, and changed the date to the 1st so you deducted R50 the on the 1st you took the balance 479 which in fact should have been approx 579 for the 6 days instead you took a full month 519 and 479 +50 so I now paid for March from the 24th till the 1st 519 or can you clarify

And may 1st till June 1st now was in order so for changing the date you charged me 24 days?

Graciously refunding me 25% approx 1 week or 6 or 7 days

Please bare in mind that every time I called last month there was no 2nd payment reflecting not even on my account statement

If you're charging me almost a full month to change the date obviously I want the date changed back, so you're saying that you will also again minus almost a week from this months payment to change the date back and charge me after 25 days not 30 or 31? So in essence if I change it back you will have a full month's payment as a gracious gesture from me?

If you want to charge me pro rata for the date change sure or change the date back and refund my money

I don't want more than what's outstanding but I feel extremely inconvenienced for just R519
