RAIN - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on such a pathetic network service provider.

Rain network advertising unlimited data for 479 with speeds up to 10 Mbps what a load of BS.

I initially took out the unlimited package from 11pm till 6pm package for R250 and network connection was so slow. my download speeds was below 1Mbps and upload speeds was just over 1mbps. I took this package due to working from home but it was so unbearable and frustrating to work due to the slow network even though I'm using a 4g Huawei router and even check that my router is placed at my window and facing the rain sites within my location.

I then upgraded to 24/7 unlimited data for R475 which I thought would maybe solve my problem, however this was not the case. I mean the network is so slow and pathetic that I would be ashamed to even be affiliated with this network service provider.

I have sent emails to Rain I have tried calling them as well to try and tell me what is happening cos I mean I had to keep on going back to my old service provider inorder to get a stable connection which meant that I had to buy extra data this month and then still be expected to pay rain for the data I was not able to use due to there pathetic network. I mean rain needs to pay me for my time wasted and frustration I had this month just trying to connect to the internet so that I could do my work.

I wonder whether I will get a response from RAIN seeing that I didn't even get feedback from them went I emailed them directly.

I cancelled my sim with them - just waiting to see what the bill this month is going to be for service I couldn't use and enjoy.
