Rain dont value their customers

Rain has delivered a router on the 15 june 2023 of 5G network and promised it will connect within 24 hours and it never connected .when i call they send me pillar to post and their support system sent email saying they will come and bring the new router or new 5G sim. They never came and i nid router fr my online exams i paid prorata since well i have 1 week to the deduction date.
