Rain don't Refund me

From 23.october 2024 till today 18 June 2025 The rain did not sort out my cancellation I did on 23 October 2024. My cancellation was did on 27 October 2024 from rain Ref nr ***7 I did not use the box at all because I did not get good signal.i put the router back in the box and did my cancellation.

On the 02 January 2025 there was money deducted from my bank account R594.76 R297.38 R74.34 Total off R966.48 And I want my payment I made for the month R396.40 because they said they will refund me after they pick up the box

Please I hope rain can sort this out for me I am phoning all my airtime out and wasting my time from October 2024 till now 18 June 2025 no one comes back to me
