RAIN DONT HELP AFTER 1 MONTH CALLING THEM EACH DAY

I recieve a Rain sim card. I phoned every other day since 22 Sep till today. I can not recieve calls on my sim (I can make calls) it is very frustrated that no one can reach me. I phone hold for 40 till 62 min each time NO ONE help me. One time they told me they tried to phone me but could not get through Hallo that is my problem no one can get through I gave my work nr no one bother to phone me at work have alot of ref nr for emailing also but NO REPLY TILL DATE REF ***5/ ***3 /***1 /***1 /***9 /***8 ECT ECT

Please can you phone me at work *** as I am waiting almost a month for you to phone me back I spend more than 9 hours on phone the past 20 days.
And no you can't phone me on my cell because it does not work - but then you humor me by letting me know we tried to phone you - really no one can phone me
