Rain - don't get yourself into this trouble

I can't really believe rains service is rated a 2 stars....more like 0. My mother was using their service but the data up/download at best was at 0.5mb / 3mb down when I tested it. Some days it wasn't working. As to trying to cancel the service - it's a complete a misery....asked them to cancel but I want te final details in writing....they stretched it over to the next month ...I could tell you more but lets just say....I wish we had legislation to close such a company down...it's also not a debit order but card deduction that they do all by themselves ....sad that companies service has come to this!!!
