Rain don't ever use them they don't pay you're money back as promised!!

Hi I'm very disappointed worst service ever holds on the phone for hours just to get advice that don't help at all was suppose to pay us back as promised by the 1st pickup the router called them promised money again still nothing I don't know why they still allowed to trade worst service I ever had in my life!
