RAIN , DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Please don't fall for their useless promises.!!!
It has been weeks now that I have had NO INTERNET on there uncapped 4G plan , I have logged a query every day and made numerous calls ( Some ticket nrs : *** , *** & *** )to them and the only reply they have for me is to either restart my router or that they will log my query .
They have actually confirmed that the tower I am logged on to has 9 warning alarms and when asked to move to another tower closer to me it is yet to be done and we are still waiting for the many call backs they have promised since the 1st day.
I don't see why I should be paying for a service that is giving me Download speeds of 0.1 Kbs and an upload speed of 0.8 kbs.
we cant even log 2 devices on at the same time without crashing it how useless is that .
The saddest part is I don't even think they will care about this review as they have yet to show any pride in there work so for even after requests to speak to a manager we have been ignored
Please People DO NOT waste your money on rain they are useless!!!

I even thought moving to 5G would be better but after hearing that i would then have to pay for the 4G and the 5G for a month there is NO WAY , as it is I am paying for 1 service i am not getting why on earth would i pay for 2 lol must be crazy
