RAIN DON'T DO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS BE WARNED SOUTH AFRICAN CITICENS

I upgraded my router to the Rain 1 router. I received it on the 28th of February 2025. I immidiately phoned to cancel the old router. In the 1st I see they are charging me double for the old Router and the new one. Tried to call to correct the bill, nobody can answer tjephone. Eventually I was told it's correct you pay double.

This is daylight *******. I am warning people against rain. Their network is not the best. Nobody can help you if you have problems. They ***** in the daylight and it is just normal. They stole my money in broad daylight.
