Rain ...don't do it

Unfortunately i have to give a star rating just to right this review ,its been almost a week and still no internet connection i logged my fault with Rain they got back to me saying that the tower is faulty and it will get seen to in 72hrs . 72hrs is long gone and still nothing, i keep seeing this ads in tv about Rain keep doing your thing ,but nothing i cant even do a speed test. My rating to them Zero stars cause nothing is being done ...
