Rain - Don't choose them!

Zero stars... I've been with Rain I'm changing service providers now.... Ever since I've been with Rain I have had endless problems, you log a call with customer service, they can't help so they escalate and then still it's not sorted out and you call back a zillion times and eventually, last time I wrote a bad review they came out to assist quite quickly, and now I'm in the same predicament... Slow downloads and uploads, I've restarted and reset my router umteen times and it only seems to get worse or stay the same, I'm sick of it! I work from home, and cant afford this happening! I pay for the premium package, his is how I get treated!!!! :-(
